In 2016 The Duchess Bake Shop was expanding their pastry empire in the form of a retail store and teaching kitchen where they could hold classes for the public. I designed and built freestanding merchandise display tables and shelving for the retail store, and robust work tables for the atelier that complimented the larger interior design plan.
