An experienced local chef was to open a high end restaurant inspired by traditional French and Scandinavian cuisine, with interior design to reflect those origins. I designed and built a feature wall that served as robust functional shelving and an elegant display feature that created a feeling of movement throughout the space. As the project continued my contributions evolved into design and production for their feature high tea trays and dining tables integrating those same design principles.
